Where do you ship?
We ship orders to the entire EU. Depending on where you live, shipping costs may apply.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you live. If you are there in Sweden, it usually takes 2-7 working days. If you are located elsewhere in the EU, it usually takes 7-16 working days.
What inspires the design of the PYR lamps?
The design of the PYR lamps is inspired by nature's organic forms and Scandinavian minimalism. We strive to create lamps that not only illuminate but also beautify your home with their unique design and durable materials.
What materials are used in PYR lamps?
Our lamps are made from 100% recyclable materials, such as organic cellulose and responsibly harvested wood. The lampshades are created in a 3D printer from a filament made of 30% cellulose and 70% plant-based plastic (not oil-based) which is completely recyclable. We also use electronics from Swedish manufacturers to ensure the highest possible quality and durability.
Can I customize the cord length of my lamp?
Yes, we offer a generous cord length of up to 3 meters to suit your particular needs and the design of the room. If you wish to shorten the cord, you can do it yourself or contact an electrician who can assist if you are unsure. You can also hide up to half a meter of cable in the roof cup. If you want a longer cord, state this when ordering.
Are the PYR lamps energy efficient?
Absolutely. All PYR lamps come with an energy-efficient LED lamp, which reduces both energy consumption and environmental impact.
How do I maintain my PYR lamp?
Clean your PYR lamp with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning agents directly on the surface of the lamp, especially the wooden parts.
Are there different sizes or colors of the PYR lamps?
Our range varies over time with new design releases. We recommend that you visit our website for up-to-date information on available sizes, colors and models. Some models come in different sizes while others have a standard size. However, the manufacturing method with 3D printing is very flexible and in case you want a model in a different size, you can contact us directly to order a specially designed size.
What kind of guarantees does PYR offer?
